SNOARM GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Definitions
The following definitions apply in these terms:
Right of Withdrawal: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for commercial purposes who enters into a distance agreement with the trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous Agreement: A distance agreement concerning the regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.
Durable Medium: Any instrument enabling the storage of information for future reference.
Trader: The natural or legal person who sells products/services at a distance.
Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded via remote communication means (e.g., the internet).
Remote Communication Means: Communication tools used to conclude agreements (e.g., email, web).

Article 3 - Scope of Application
These terms apply to all distance agreements between Snoarm and consumers. By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms and conditions in full.
Article 4 - Offers

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

Prices are stated exclusive of customs duties and import VAT.

The carrier (e.g., Postnord, DHL) will charge import VAT and/or customs duties upon delivery within the EU.

Snoarm reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website.
Article 5 - Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms (by checking the acceptance box during checkout).

Snoarm will confirm the order via email, which serves as confirmation of the agreement.

Snoarm reserves the right to refuse an order if stock is insufficient or if payment is not received.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the product.

The withdrawal period is extended to 14 days after receipt if the consumer was not properly informed of their right.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Snoarm in writing (email to support@Snoarm.com) within the 14-day period.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Article 7 - Return Costs

The consumer bears the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

For defective or incorrectly delivered products, Snoarm will reimburse the return shipping costs upon receipt of proof (photos/videos) and prior approval.

Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product is found to be defective or not as ordered.
Article 8 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products

Hygiene products with broken seals (e.g., underwear, skincare, cosmetics)

Activated digital content (e.g., software, digital downloads)
-
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., perishable goods)

Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
-
Sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed
Article 9 - Prices

All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Price adjustments are only permitted in case of VAT changes imposed by law.
-
Snoarm is not bound by obvious pricing errors or misprints.
-
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Article 10 - Warranties

Snoarm warrants that the products meet agreed specifications and are free from defects at the time of delivery.

The warranty period is in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturer's warranty.

If a product is defective, Snoarm will offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

The consumer must report any defects promptly and provide proof of purchase.
Article 11 - Delivery

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the consumer.

Snoarm aims to deliver within 14 working days, but maximum delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation.

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order without charge.

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.
Article 12 - Termination of Subscription (Continuous Agreements)

For continuous agreements (subscriptions), the consumer may terminate with 1 month's notice.

Termination must be submitted in writing to support@Snoarm.com.

Snoarm will confirm the termination in writing within 14 days.
Article 13 - Payment

Payment must be made within 7 working days of placing the order.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods displayed on the website.
-
Snoarm reserves the right to require advance payment or to suspend delivery if payment is not received.

In case of late payment, Snoarm may charge statutory interest and suspend further deliveries.
-
The consumer must ensure that sufficient funds are available for the payment.
Article 14 - Complaints

Complaints regarding products or services must be reported in writing to support@Snoarm.com within 7 days from when the fault was discovered.

Complaints should include the order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Snoarm will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

If a complaint requires further investigation, Snoarm will notify the consumer and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

If the complaint is not resolved to the consumer's satisfaction, the consumer may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution authority.
Article 15 - Disputes

These terms and conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to Hong Kong law.

If the consumer is based in the EU, the dispute may also be submitted to the competent court in the consumer's country of residence.

Snoarm encourages consumers to first contact customer service (support@Snoarm.com) to resolve any disputes amicably.
Article 16 - CESOP (Central Electronic System of Payment Information)

Payment data may be reported to the relevant tax authorities in accordance with EU CESOP regulations (Directive 2020/284).

This reporting is mandatory for Snoarm and applies to cross-border payments.
-
The data reported includes payment recipient, payer, and payment details as required by law.
Article 17 - Force Majeure

Snoarm is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supplier failure).

In the event of force majeure, Snoarm will inform the consumer as soon as reasonably possible.

If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.
Article 18 - Intellectual Property

All content on the Snoarm website (including logos, text, images, trademarks) is the property of Snoarm or its licensors.

The consumer is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Article 19 - Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 20 - Amendments to Terms

Snoarm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

The applicable terms are those published on the Snoarm website at the time of the order.

Consumers will be notified of significant changes via email or a website notice.
Article 21 - Governing Language
In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
